The Story

In this Spring garden beside a farmhouse, a weathered birdhouse stands with the fresh colorful blooms of a pink azalea bush. Likewise, green leaves radiant with new life are also rather welcome to see. When these pink azalea flowers bloom, then comes the time to think of Spring with Summer not far behind.

The rustic birdhouse and weathered wagon wheel are great garden props to have here, a perfect visual complement to the vibrant splash of color of this flowering plant. Very soon, a little wren or bluebird might come to make a birdhouse nest here.

This is a very happy and cheerful Spring flower picture because a pink azalea bush is one of the first colorful signs of Spring and certainly always welcome. I always enjoy seeing this flowering plant every April which certainly lifts the spirits after the dull plain drab of March…food for the soul! In more Spring delights, forsythia in bloom certainly does the same for me, along with the smell of honeysuckle.
