The Story

Here are two horses running in snow along a sunlit fence line, side by side. The snowstorm had put down fourteen inches of fresh snow overnight, and the morning brought the full, bright sun. It was a great time for these two Arabain horses to run together and share some fun. As horses are, they were pretty excited to be outside after being in the barn for over a full day while the storm passed over.

It was a deep cold that came with the snow which made it into a light granular powder. It would fly high and away at every hoof fall, looking like drifting smoke underneath each horse as it ran.

Tails held high, these horses running in snow left many tracks along the fence as they kept going around the perimeter, never tiring in their excitement of being outside chasing winter.

Here’s another picture of this stallion and mare at rest sharing a Horse Kiss #12374.
