The Story
On a Fall day, East Broad Top Railroad #16 heads northbound under the bridge at McMillan’s Summit pulling a string of coal hoppers and one wooden boxcar. The old narrow gauge locomotive is wreathed by escaping steam and the smoke exhaust is white as it begins to coast the downhill grade toward Mt Union. This is great live steam railroading on the EBT RR, where you can see this train run as if it were a time machine from a century ago.
