The Story

This small retired dairy barn is part of the original farm that occupied what is now a state park. Nowadays, it and other buildings from the farming days are part of the park maintenance area.

This quiet morning after a night’s snowfall was perfect to be out with a camera, and the soft yet bright sunlight lit the side of the barn very well by placing a great highlight. Just about couldn’t miss this one!

Nice to have a good picture of winter peacefulness to add to the catalog and this one has been in a few calendars over the years.
