The Story

A red overtone dominates this infrared picture taken with 590-nanometer filter and left mostly unchanged from right out of the camera. Certainly not for every taste, but a beautiful scene nonetheless.

Location: Corbin Island in the Raystown Branch of the Juniata River. It lies near the town of Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.
